**Select Your Favourite Player - Terms and Conditions**

**1. Eligibility:**
- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Participants must have a valid email address to enter.
- Entrants must not be an employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the competition, and must not be a family relation of any such person.

**2. Entry:**
- $5 Entry via our online store
- $5 Entry = 1 Player to select & their score.
- All entries have a chance to win the Major Prize by selecting their favourite player & their score for each round in the 2024 US Open Championship.
- If there is no Major Prize winner, then we will conduct a 2nd chance draw for 1 x Odyssey AI-One Putter (valued at $599)
- Entries Close: Monday 10th June @ 5pm AEST.
- Multiple Entries are accepted i.e Enter as many times as you wish.

**3. Selection of Golfers:**

- Once you have entered and entries have closed on Monday 10th June, you will receive an email with a link to select your player and their score for each round
- Participants will select their favourite golfer from the list of participants and nominate their score for each round in the 2024 US Open Championship.
- Scoring will be based on the official scores reported by the tournament organizers.
- The Player & Score selection must be made before Thursday 13th June @ 5pm AEST.
- In the event of a player withdrawing for injury or other reasons it is the responsibility of the entrant to re-enter.

**4. Winner Determination:**

Major Prize
- The winner will be determined based on the selection off their selected player and their score for Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 & Round 4.
- All 4 scores must match the entrants selection.
- The player selected must complete 4 rounds of the 2024 US Open Championship i.e Must make the 36 hole cut.
- In the case of a tie, a random online draw will take place.

2nd Chance
- If Major Prize is not won, all entries will go into a random online draw (see below)

**5. Prizes:**

Major Prize
- The winner will receive a $5,000 Gift Voucher to spend in our Golf Shop.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2nd Chance Prize
If the Major Prize is not won, all entries will go into a random draw to win 1 x Odyssey AI-One Putter valued at $599.

**6. Notification of Winner:**
- The winners will be notified via email on Monday 17th June.

**7. Publicity:**
- By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes.

**8. Disqualification:**
- Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the competition, or violation of these terms, may result in disqualification.

**9. Changes to Terms:**
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.

**10. Limitation of Liability:**
- YGP Online is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues that may affect the competition.

**11. Personal Data Guarantee.*
- No personal data recorded during this event will be used for future marketing or shared with any third party organisations.

**12. Promotions:**
- Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network.
